EASTERN MOTORS with JEEP at FUNatic MARCH 2016 – ABU DHABI AND AL AIN
Eastern Motors LLC is a leading auto company in the U.A.E and an authorized dealer for JEEP. Their aim was to show appreciation for their existing and potential customers whilst highlighting JEEPS functionality and brand values through their event FUNatic.
Six Degrees took on the challenge of organizing the event for 250 customers with 170 cars.
Our creative team developed activities around the key message
‘To engage and strengthen the customers passion from JEEP vehicles and Eastern Motors to whom they place their trust.
Six Degrees organised a FUNatic family experience, taking JEEP owners and their families on an adventure, led by experts, through JEEP’s core values of innovation, courage, and adventure.
The day began with a drive around in the morning. Testing the true power of JEEP vehicles by putting them through rigorous off-road tests in the desert, whilst their families took part in our entertainment programms.
We designed JEEPs look-and-feel play area, organised a trail-blazing treasure hunt, created workshops demonstrating arts and crafts, teachings on Burqas Sadu and Aldkhoun and entertaining Flamenco me and my child.
Everything we did embodied Eastern Motors LLC and JEEPS core values and objectives
Our team produced the video of the event which was posted on Eastern Motors’ Facebook site, raising brand awareness by reaching a larger audience than estimated.
We distributed photos to the participants who gave some incredible feedback, requesting us to repeat and manage the event next year.
Eastern Motors regarded the event as very successful and a follow-up project is already underway.
Galadari Automobiles is amongst the leading auto companies in the U.A.E who came to us looking for an event to mark the opening of their new Mazda showroom in Sharjah. Demonstratng their commercial expansion to both the business and Governmental community were key essentials in this project.
We created the concept ‘Galardi Automobiles, Sharjah in our hearts’ with the idea to.
promote Mazda’s commitment to safe driving and improving the environment whilst celebrating Sharjah’s heritage and culture.
Our influencial auto writers, broadcasters and top events team devised a strategy to coincide with Sharjah’s festival days.
After seeking approval and collaborating with Governmental Organisers, Six Degrees successfully produced an event for Galardi Automobiles that demonstrated their commercial expansion whilst highlighting their dedication to the community.
The event and Galardi Automobiles were praised by various governmental organisations for recognising Sharjah’s rich heritage and for acting responsibly to retain the character of the environment.
Extensive TV and print coverage exceeded all expectations.
Marketing Strategy 2009 – 2010
The client is a successful multinational insurance company operating worldwide. The mission was to increase their brand awareness across the GCC region and help them identify and define the market positioning of their home comfort products.
Reviewed the best practices for maximum impact and started by designing and conducting a process management analysis of the client in The UAE. Analysed the market research findings to help us evaluate the best solutions to enhance service standards within the insurance industry and determined their measurements.
Identifying gaps between the current products offered and the market needs was a crucial step to move forward, as well as defining an integrated marketing communications plan specific to the client’s objectives.
The client is enjoying the development in the supply chain process and CRM, an increase in their home insurance sales, a rise in B2B total sales and a boost in spontaneous awareness of the client brand.
TÜV NORD – Feasibility Study september 2010 – 2015
TÜV NORD is one of the largest German technical service providers with worldwide activities who required the defining of training and education potential in the U.A.E and targeted market segments according to marketing needs.
Conducted and designed PESTL analysis, quantitative market research and sales analysis to establish market needs and also defined market share, evaluating potential scope.
Identifying the projected income statement and cash flow was paramount because they needed to calculate their forcasted sales and the growth plan
Evaluated the government needs and matched the training programs to their needs and which partnerships to make with specific institutions so trainers are fully qualified.
Acquiring the correct institutions and strentghening the in-house team and instructors lead to TÜV NORD winning, and continuing to win, more contracts.
